ANNOUNCEMENT  Harris Hill Soaring and the Soaring Society of America will be sponsoring the 2011 Region 3 Soaring Contest in Elmira, NY, from July 31, 2011 through August 6, 2011. This contest will include Standard, Sports, 15 Meter, and 18 Meter classes. One practice day will be held July 30th.
